If you are looking for a kick-ass action comic, do yourself a favor and check out Rogue Trooper #1. You don't have to be familiar with the old franchise to jump into this new series; it's a perfect new starting point that covers all the bases. Rogue Trooper gives you the goods right away, slowly peppering the story into the pages in between gun fights and explosions. There's lots to enjoy in this first issue and plenty to make you eager for more issues of Rogue Trooper. I'm on board, for sure.
