Dan Slott brings all the feels to this penultimate issue of Superior Spider-Man. Otto Octavius finally hits bottom in his career as Spider-Man, even as Peter Parker continues to claw his way back from the brink of oblivion. The series has made a slow transition over the past year in terms of Peter's ghostly presence. It was a nagging weak point for several months, with Peter only really becoming a storytelling asset with his return at the end of "Darkest Hour." But in this issue, Slott finally capitalizes on Peter's ghost in a huge way, delivering a major payoff and giving Superior Spider-Man a huge sense of emotional accomplishment.
