PC retailer Origin has announced a "trade-up" program that allows customers to trade in Alienware-branded Dell laptops for credit towards an Origin PC or laptop.
Customers who visit Origin's trade-up page can fill out a form about their current laptop; an Origin rep will respond with a "fair market value" trade-in offer and, if accepted, the customer then has 14 days to ship their old Alienware laptop in in exchange for their credit.
