Four issues into this new series, I'm still nowhere near sold on the idea of Peter Parker returning to life in the Ultimate Universe. Ignoring the fact that things like that aren't supposed to happen in this superhero universe, it kind of takes the wind out of Miles Morales' sails if he's no longer the Spider-Man of his world. Issue #4 inches closer towards revealing the true nature of the seemingly resurrected Peter Parker, but this is still a very slow-moving story arc in terms of plot. All we can really do is trust that the writer who has been steering the Ultimate Spider-Man ship for 14 years knows what he's doing.
