GameStop is introducing its streamlined trade-in program on August 18 that features four price-tiers based on a customer’s preferred form of reimbursement and PowerUp Rewards Pro membership, the retailer officially announced today.
GameStop's new trade-in structure replaces its current 10-tier system and offers a flat rate for used games that varies if a customer opts for cash or store credit or a subscription member. For example, a member who sells a title valued at $20 for credit may receive $22, while a non-member who opts for cash could get $16 for the same game.
