Destiny Limited Edition Pre-Orders Cancelled Due To Demand

Retailer Best Buy is notifying some consumers via email that it is cancelling pre-orders of the Destiny Limited Edition due to supply shortages.

The below email, via the Destiny subreddit, sent to an unknown number of Best Buy customers states that the popularity of the Destiny Limited Edition exceeded the quantities made available to Best Buy. The retailer is offering affected customers with a $50 store credit and suggestions to instead pre-order the Digital Guardian Edition or the Standard Edition.
