A new, free update for the iOS version of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (KOTOR) has been released.
Update 1.2 brings full controller support to the app, along with other frequently requested features like iCloud saves and text support for French, Italian, Spanish and German languages. In celebration of the update, the game is 50 percent off ($5 USD) until March 13.
When developer Aspyr ported KOTOR to iOS last year, IGN praised it for the story, touch controls, and excellent mechanics, but thought movement could have been improved. Now that all extended and standard iOS controllers will work with the RPG, we tested it with the Moga Ace Power device using an iPhone 5S. Here are three reasons why we enjoyed the new experience:
