If you owned the game on Xbox 360 and now own a PS4, you're probably thinking you'll need to start the game over again. All that save data, all those hours, gone for good. Except, nope, that's not the case. Those who owned the Xbox 360 version can transfer to PS4, and PS3 owners can move their data to the Xbox One version. Or, if you stayed the course with your console-company of choice, you can move your data from your old console to your new one.
