At a recent exclusive preview event for The Sims 4, attendees learned more details about the designer's plans for mod support on PC.
According to the developers, the modding community is a big part of The Sims' appeal, and they are introducing elements into the next installment of the franchise to continue to foster it.
"Everything the community makes is astounding to us, super inspiring, and it is interesting to see what people come up with," they said. "Please continue doing it, as we want to be able to encourage and foster that creativity because it's so important to what The Sims means to everyone."
