It seemed like a foregone conclusion that Orphan Black would be back again, which made it a bit curious that Season 2 ended last month with no official word on the show’s future. Today however, at the TCA (Television Critics Association) press tour, BBC America announced Orphan Black -- starring the acclaimed Tatiana Maslany -- has indeed been renewed for Season 3. There will once again be ten new episodes, with production set to begin in September for a 2015 debut.
In addition, BBC America announced that Season 2 of Broadchurch will begin airing in early 2015, with David Tennant, Olivia Colman, Jodie Whittaker, Andrew Buchan and Arthur Darvill returning, joined by Charlotte Rampling, Marianne Jean-Baptiste, James D’Arcy, Eve Myles and Phoebe Waller-Bridge. Tennant will be seen soon in the US remake of Broadchurch, Gracepoint.
