During the Dynamite Comics 10th Anniversary panel at San Diego Comic Con, Quentin Tarantino responded to a fan question about The Hateful Eight and confirmed that he will in fact be going forward with the troubled movie project.
"Yes, we are going to be doing The Hateful Eight," Tarantino said. "All for you. We weren't sure about it but I just decided just now."
Tarantino decided to shelve the project earlier this year when the script leaked online. There was a report that after a successful reading of the script with a group of actors that he changed his mind, but this is the first time we've heard the man himself confirm The Hateful Eight will indeed be produced.
