Codemasters revealed today F1 2014 is coming to PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 on October 17 in the UK and October 21 in North America.
F1 2014 will feature new turbocharged cars and circuits, as well as an expanded scenario mode. Codemasters is also promising refined career mode options, with creative director Stephen Hood elaborating on the changes coming to the new racing title.
“There’s been a dramatic shift in the sport; the largest shakeup in the rules and regulations for a very long time and the new power units provide a very different kind of challenge, for both driver and team," he said. "... Additionally, with the new driver evaluation system analyzing each player’s skill level and suggesting appropriate game settings, plus re-graded difficulty levels including a brand new Very Easy setting, we aim to deliver a thoroughly rewarding F1 experience for players of all abilities, from the novice to the seasoned pro.”
