FOX's Gotham has cast a couple more characters to fill its ranks - the first being The Princess Bride/Scrooged's Carol Kane as The Penguin's mother.
Of course, Robin Lord Taylor's Oswald Cobblepot isn't exactly The Penguin yet as Gotham is all about origins. Kane will play - according to TVLine - Gertrud Kapelput, "a proud and faded beauty with delusions of grandeur." Gertrud will first appear in episode 2.
