Anyone who watches both the TV show Arrow and reads the Green Arrow comic will know that DC introduced the John Diggle character into the New 52 universe last year. Diggle is being made front and center in the current storyline, "The Longbow Hunters." Richard Dragon is making his power play in Seattle and working to tear down Oliver Queen's world. But as Dragon (and readers) learned last month, his real quarrel is with Diggle, not Ollie. Meanwhile, Dragon's uprising is further complicated by the arrival of a new Green Arrow on the scene.
