PAX Aus organisers have announced that Bethesda Softworks' Pete Hines will deliver the opening keynote on Friday morning at PAX Aus in Melbourne, Australia this October.
Hines, vice president of PR & marketing at Bethesda Softworks, is a regular spokesperson for the Maryland, US-based publisher "and has worked on every title Bethesda has made over the last decade and a half."
Hines will provide the opening 'storytime' keynote on the first morning of the show. Last year's opening speaker at PAX Aus was Ron Gilbert, an adventure games icon best-known for his work on several classic LucasArts games.
PAX Australia will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from October 31 to November 2.
