The formerly iOS-only Sonic endless runner Sonic Dash is now available on Android devices, Sega announced today.
Originally released in March for iOS devices, Sonic Dash is an autorunner in the style of Temple Run and other hit mobile games. Players assume the role of Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, or other Sonic characters as they run, jump, and attempt to collect rings while avoiding running into obstacles.
Sonic Dash is a free-to-play game developed by Hardlight Studio, the same developer as fellow mobile game Sonic Jump. It features daily challenges and, to celebrate the launch, a score multiplier challenge will be held exclusively for Android users this coming weekend. From November 29-31, players will get a score multiplier bonus to help them achieve high scores.
