All-New X-Men #19 pits Kitty Pryde and her students against those most persecute-y of X-Men villains, the Purifiers. As an example of just how much more bloodthirsty and tyrannical the enemies of mutantkind have become since the hallowed days of the original X-Men, the Purifiers make for a decent enough threat. But where every other X-book is busy diving into new threats and challenges in the wake of Battle of the Atom, All-New X-Men is taking things too slow.
