It's Morphin' Time! The Power Rangers have assembled their creative team.
Lionsgate and Saban Brands have hired X-Men: First Class writers Ashley Miller and Zack Stentz to pen the upcoming Power Rangers movie. What's more, Roberto Orci (Star Trek, Transformers) has signed on to executive produce. According to THR, Orci will also develop the story with Miller and Stentz.
The new movie promises to completely reinvent the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, a group of high school teens who are granted special powers but must harness and use those powers as a team if they have any hope of saving the world.
