The WWE knows when they have, or had, a good RAW on their hands. A super-loaded show that both live crowds and internetters alike love. Because that was last week's post-PPV RAW. Big returns, fun fake outs, etc. And so just like us, they know when they've had a special RAW. And it always surprises me somewhat when they can't maintain that electricity and almost instantly fall back into the usual TV story patterns.
