This storyline hasn't had a great deal of connection to Original Sin since using Captain America's discovery of the Illuminati's betrayal as a springboard. But whether coincidence or intention, issue #32 does bring to mind Original Sin of another sort. This issue sees the time-displaced Avengers travel farther into the future, explore a garden, be tempted by (literal) forbidden fruits, and debate some of the most fundamental questions of existence with a god-like figure. It's a Jonathan Hickman comic if there ever was one, and it's one of the best issues this series has seen in a while.
