The Doomed storyline started off with a lot of energy and a great deal of promise, but the latest issue of Superman/Wonder Woman has started to give off a few signs that this crossover is beginning to lose a great deal of its initial steam. While writer Charles Soule has used this series to great effect in the past in order to explore the relationship of its main characters, the crossover has most unfortunately forced the book away from this initial premise.
