The Hobbit did Comic-Con one last time as Peter Jackson and his cast took the stage at Hall H during the Warner Bros. panel today, offering a sneak peek of the final film in the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings series that started way back in 2001. The panel was moderated by Tolkien super-fan Stephen Colbert, who came in the costume he wore in his cameo in The Desolation of Smaug.
Joining Jackson was The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies stars Cate Blanchett (Galadriel), Orlando Bloom (Legolas), Evangeline Lilly (Tauriel), Lee Pace (Thranduil), Benedict Cumberbatch (Smaug), Luke Evans (Bard), Graham McTavish (Dwalin), the mighty Andy Serkis, and co-screenwriter Philippa Boyens.
