Ubisoft has followed up the appointment of its new Chief Parkour Officer Michael "Frosti" Zernow with news that he'll be at the San Diego Comic Con next weekend, doing his thing on Ubisoft's own parkour obstacle course.
"The Assassin's Creed Experience" will be open to the public from July 24 to 27 on the Martin Luther King Jr Promenade across the street from San Diego's convention centre. Zernow and his team helped design the obstacle course, but this isn't just for parkour kings; Zernow hopes that "anybody" will be able to take part.
Mimicking the French Revolution setting of Assassin's Creed Unity, participants will learn firsthand how to "move like a master assassin," achieving the same sort of stunts that they'll be performing in-game. Techniques available on the obstacle course include running across rooftops and performing a 25-foot "Leap of Faith."
