Free-to-play, team-based shooter Firefall will launch July 29, according to developer Red 5 Studios.
The open-world MMO shooter will be available on PC via Steam as well as the Firefall website, after an extended beta period. "We designed a game with an extremely passionate and talented team," said James Macauley, CEO of Red 5. "But Firefall wasn’t complete until we were able to incorporate the invaluable feedback from our enthusiastic community during the beta period. Firefall is as much their game as it is ours."
