The Video Game Critics Awards were announced today, tallying the picks for 17 different categories from 29 publications, including IGN. Evolve, Turtle Rock's competitive shooter, won the most votes for Best of Show, as well as Best Console Game, Best Online Multiplayer and Best Action Game.
The following is the complete list of awards:
- Best of Show: Evolve
- Best Original Game: No Man's Sky
- Best Console Game: Evolve
- Best Handheld/Mobile Game: Super Smash Bros. for 3DS
