Mark Ruffalo, Bruce Banner himself, says fans of The Hulk can expect more screen time for Dr. Banner’s alter ego in Avengers: Age of Ultron. According to the actor The Hulk’s role will also be more complex.
This lines up with previous statements by Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige. Back in October Feige said viewers could expect a lot more Bruce Banner and Hulk in Age of Ultron than they got in the first Avengers movie.
Speaking to Total Film Magazine, Ruffalo said his role is “even bigger than last time, and it's more complex and it has more layers and a bit more arc.” He also comments on the performance capture technology, which he’s finding easier to embrace this time around.
