This was a massive week for comics. Let's start with the most anticipated: All-New Doop #3, featuring a cover with Ninja Doop. Get excited y'all.
In other news, Geoff Johns and John Romita Jr. began their run on Superman, which is as anticipated as they come.
But even with a launch that big, it's hard for Robert Kirkman's new series Outcast to not steal quite a bit of that spotlight. It's about demonic possession and is as creepy as a breath on the back of your neck when there's no one there.
Other notable releases include a horrifying (i.e., amazing) chapter of Rachel Rising, Batman's penultimate Zero Year chapter, the finale to Avenge the Earth in Uncanny Avengers, Saga, and a team-up of all of Cartoon Network's old school characters like Samurai Jack and Powerpuff Girls. It's weeks like these you seriously have to consider whether your money is best spent on these comics or secondary things like food and rent.
