Ubisoft announced that Tetris Ultimate will release this summer for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and this fall for PC, to coincide with the pervasive puzzle game's 30th anniversary.
The developer worked with Alexey Pajitnov, the original game's creator, to create Tetris Ultimate. The newest iteration will include multiplayer for up to 4 players, with several modes: Marathon, Endless, Ultra, Sprint, Battle and Power-Up Battle. A new, albeit very brief, teaser trailer was released following Tetris Ultimate's reveal, and can be seen below.
