Earlier this week we reported that Infamous: First Light, the standalone DLC for Infamous: Second Son was listed on the PlayStation Store to be released on August 26, but Sony hadn't yet announced a solid release date. Thanks to a tweet from Sucker Punch Productions, we can now confirm that First Light will indeed be released on August 26 in North America, and August 27 in Europe.
Announced during Sony's annual E3 press conference, First Light will allow players to take control of the neon-powered character, Fetch, from Infamous: Second Son. Starting in the Conduit prison "Curdun Cay," Fetch's story is one of revenge against the people who wronged her.
