Kyle Rayner and his new “New Guardians” have been zipping around the universe under the pen of Justin Jordan for a little while now, and one thing we’ve learned is that you always have to pull back a few layers in order to get the most out of the issue. Green Lantern: New Guardians #28 sees our heroes explore a world in the midst of a new religious movement, as a group of God-killers tear through the rest of the universe. The results make for a relatively quiet but promising new arc inclusive of an interesting wrinkle for Starfire fans.
