Non-Stop Review

Thanks to the demand for TV procedurals, a good ol' fashioned movie mystery is hard to come by. But that doesn't mean people in Hollywood aren't trying; Non-Stop is what might happen if Agatha Christie was forced to pen her own version of Taken (which, in itself, would be a fun movie).


Geri-action icon Liam Neeson's Bill Marks is the Miss Marple stand-in, an air marshal who doesn't really have detective skills, but because he's the only one with knowledge of a terrorist plot brewing aboard a New York-London transatlantic flight, he must pair brains and brawn to uncover the truth. A few hours into the flight, Marks receives a text message on the plane's secure line. He's given a choice: Deposit $150 million into a numbered account or see one passenger die every 20 minutes until the jet lands. Since Liam Neeson doesn't do torture porn, Marks chooses his own option number three: Kick butt.
