Spider-Man: Turn off the Dark to Close

After two years on Broadway, the troubled superhero musical Spider-Man: Turn off the Dark will reportedly close in January.

This comes via The Wall Street Journal, whose sources have said the show will re-open in Las Vegas in 2015. Spider-Man: Turn off the Dark has a notorious history, which began when numerous cast members injured themselves before the show opened in June 2011, and ended when director Julie Taymor left the production after a public spat with the show's producers, who eventually revamped her entire production.
