Will and Anastasia's relationship was surprisingly short-lived. Now that it's played out, Will should be happy he didn't get stuck with her. I got the impression they'd only been in Wonderland a few days before she wanted to give up and go back home. It didn't line up with the way she acted before she jumped through the mirror portal. At first, she didn't seem like she'd just abandon love for power and wealth.
And the rest of it? Bah humbug. The immediate marrying into the royal family part fell flat. Besides the fact that it's reminiscent of a similar plot with Cora in Once Upon a Time and that's just lazy, it didn't feel believable. They could have made it work if she went back to Will but sneaked off to the palace a few more times but as it was written, nope.
