At some point, you have to think Apple is going to bring its ultra-crisp Retina resolution to iPad mini displays. But according to a new report from Reuters, supply chain delays may see Apple missing out on the lucrative holiday shopping season. While sources claim a Retina iPad mini is now entering production, a late start could mean limited quantities of the device will actually arrive on store shelves by the end of 2013, if at all.
