If you've been waiting for the gang war element of "City Fall" to really come into play, wait no longer. Shredder attempts to consolidate his power in this issue, calling a meeting of every gang in New York (including cute cameos from the likes of Heisenberg, Punk Storm and Forge, and the Coney Island Warriors) and showing off just how awesome the Foot Clan is. But the Turtles and Old Hob have a thing or two to say about this display of power, and it's not long before total chaos breaks out. The result is yet another memorable chapter in this excellent storyline.
