Last Vegas Review

The new comedy Last Vegas follows four lifelong pals who reunite in Sin City when the leader of the pack decides to finally get married at the ripe old age of 70.


Billy (Michael Douglas), Paddy (Robert De Niro), Archie (Morgan Freeman), and Sam (Kevin Kline) have known each other since their childhood together in 1950s Flatbush. Billy and Paddy have had a falling out in recent years after Billy never came to the funeral of Paddy's wife, a girl they both loved in their youth. Now Billy's getting married to a woman in her early 30s and it's up to Archie and Sam to make sure "The Flatbush Four" can stick together for Billy's weekend bachelor party in Vegas.


Paddy's resentment towards Billy only continues after they both meet an aging lounge singer (Mary Steenburgen) who could either force Billy to wise up and marry someone his own age or help Paddy finally pull himself out of the slump he's been in since his wife died. All this plays out as these proverbial fish out of water deal with the craziness Vegas has to offer four formidable senior citizens.
