Warning: full episode spoilers for the Nikita: Season 4 premiere follow.
With only six episodes to wrap-up what's been a pleasingly complex narrative, Nikita's fourth and final season got off to a fast and furious start with new mysteries, shocking twists and bittersweet reunions.
I loved Nikita's gruesome nightmare. Sure, the lone wolf imagery was a little obvious, but it couldn't be more fitting. Nikita longs to be part of a pack, so much so that she created one out of an unlikely group of misfits, but she also thrives on her own and isn't really great at asking for help. In her dream, all her friends are dead, their blood on her hands. This is the fear that drives her away from the people she needs the most.
