Nintendo has announced five new video series -- one featuring Zelda and another featuring Pikmin -- it will distribute through the Nintendo Video app on 3DS beginning today.
Each of the five shows will be automatically downloaded to any 3DS with the Nintendo Video app, which is a free download on the eShop, installed on the system and set up to download content through SpotPass. The short videos will begin being released today, November 1, with new episodes continuing to be released through some unspecified point in 2014.
The five shows, as described by Nintendo, include the following:
- The Legend of Zelda: The Misadventures of Link: This original series of comedic shorts shows Link, the series’ star, in a new and hysterical light. His surroundings will be familiar to fans of the series, since the shorts are based on The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD game for the Wii U console.
