Microsoft is hiring numerous producer positions for at least one "gaming service based on a AAA game." Both job listings specifically ask for "deep experience" with free-to-play services and business models. Assuming the two positions are tied to the same project, the game in question is based on an "existing, successful Microsoft Studios IP."
Additionally, Microsoft is hiring a creative director to work closely with Killer Instinct's Ken Lobb and "revisit back catalog of existing IP" for experiences in and "beyond the living room" and "beyond the console." Some of these games, heading to Xbox One, are owned by Microsoft. Others are not.
