The Vikings Season 2 finale approaches and the stage has been set for a showdown between Ragnar Lothrok and his one-time ally in war, King Horik. IGN was able to speak with Horik himself, Donal Logue, about the King's state of mind and what we can expect from the big season closer.
Horik pursued an alliance with Ragnar out of expedience, Logue, explained, and is ultimately loyal only to himself and his family. In fact, that need to create his own legacy is the crux of what drove Horik away from Ragnar. Once he realized that Lothbrok's fame far exceeded his own, Horik felt deeply threatened.
