The newest issue of Wonder Woman is all about the pain and difficulties that can come about from change. Wonder Woman, the new queen of Paradise Island, has asked her sisters to pledge their life to the protection of Zeke, a man to be. This issue explores the Amazon’s collective reaction to that request, and their fear of it, but it also explores Diana’s fear of change as well. Will the Amazon’s have the inner strength required of them to defeat the First Born? The answer certainly isn’t coming easily, but issue #31 proves that it’s going to be a heck of an entertaining time finding out.
