Blippar has announced that they will be providing the first true augmented reality game for Google Glass. CEO, Rish Mitra also revealed a new gaming platform called Games for Glass.
The platform was presented at the Augmented World Expo. To access it, users open the Blippar app which triggers a virtual interface that they can interact with both via their hands and the Google Glass headset itself.
In one demo shown off by Rish, he aimed the headset at a poster on the wall that was covered in asteroids, triggering the game which caused them to appear to fly at him. He then used his hands to swat them away.
