Aquaman and Swamp Thing may not sound like the two most obvious characters to have a crossover, but there's nothing wrong with two of DC's best books having a brief little play-date, as Jeff Parker's Aquaman and Charles Soule's Swamp Thing are doing at the moment. Following Swamp Thing's recent display of power, Aquaman and Ya'wara travel to the Louisiana bayou to teach Swamp Thing a lesson about meddling in oceanic affairs. Cue misunderstanding and fighting. It could all make for one shameless cash-grab of a crossover, but Parker makes the most of this unusual pairing here.
