It seems all but certain that X-Men Legacy is due to either conclude entirely or go through another of its sporadic transformations soon. And there's a definite sense within issue #19 that everything is building towards a climax and that all of David Haller's misdeeds and mistakes are returning to haunt him in this crucial period. Needless to say, it all makes for darned fine reading. But then again, this series usually does.
