It seems a little strange for Marvel to be releasing a new Infinity tie-in on the same day the event wraps up, doesn't it? But in the case of Wolverine and the X-Men Annual, the connection to Infinity is fairly superfluous. What this issue really sets out to do is reconnect readers with Kid Gladiator, a Jean Grey School member who has been absent from the series ever since his father dragged him back to Chandrilar. Anyone who has missed Kid Gladiator's antics and wished Jason Aaron had developed him more will find plenty to love in this issue.
