Due to the critical and commercial success of American Vampire, it's easy to be weary of trying any new vampire comics -- it's hard to believe any newcomer can top what has come before. However, the idea of World War III being a war between vampires and humans who can at any time become vampires felt new and unique. It also helps that IDW Entertainment is looking to make this into a television series. So why not get on board before it potentially becomes a hit?
