Octavia Spencer Joins Insurgent

The Help star Octavia Spencer has reportedly joined the Divergent sequel, Insurgent.

Deadline reports that the Oscar winner will portray Johanna in the Lionsgate film, who serves as the speaker of the Amity. Spencer (Mom, Fruitvale Station) also had her TV series, Red Band Society, picked up by Fox for a series order recently.
