Lighting and texture artist Michael Eurek has recreated the Temple of Time from the Legend of Zelda series using Unreal Engine 4 and other digital tools. The results are pretty awesome.
On his blog, Eurek says it was suggested by a friend that a fun, challenging exercise would be to recreate an old game environment using new graphical techniques.
"I thought this was a great idea," he said. "It is based off of Ocarina of Time, but I brought in elements of my own, as well as from the Temple of Light from Twilight Princess."
Eurek used Unreal Engine 4, Photoshop, ZBrush, and Maya to create the model.
