EA has announced that its free to play soccer game FIFA World will be entering global open-beta beginning today.
The PC game has been available to players in Russia and Brazil since August and November of last year, respectively. The global version will support nine languages: English, German, French, Russian, Spanish, Mexican Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Polish and Turkish, according to EA.
FIFA World is "designed to be easy to pick up and play for all fans," said EA. FIFA World features the gameplay of EA Sports FIFA HD, the team building mechanic of FIFA Ultimate Team and a "host of new features."
Producer Alex Grimbley said of FIFA World that by, "bringing the FIFA franchise to the PC platform as a free-to-play game, we give millions of new fans their chance to experience the authentic FIFA experience."
