Michelle Forbes, a veteran of TV shows Battlestar Galactica and Star Trek: The Next Generation, has reportedly joined the cast of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Forbes will play Lieutenant Jackson, a District 13 soldier who assists Katniss Everdeen on her mission in the final book. The actress — who also is known for her roles in The Killing, True Blood, 24, and Chicago Fire — will only apparently appear in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2, which is filming back-to-back with the first part.
